REPENTANCE AND CONVERSION

   The divine plan of salvation for humanity is based on two aspects:

 1) Through REPENTANCE we can reach the forgiveness of God by an act of his will, in the redemptive merits of the sacrifice of his Lamb, our Savior Jesus Christ.

2) Through OUR CONVERSION we leave the vanities and follow the living God, who made heaven, earth, sea and all things in them (Acts 14:15). It is not an act, it is a process of Life that has as an active principle the gift we were given: The Holy Spirit (1-Th. 4: 8) and with which we are empowered to develop all the values of the Kingdom of God, such as holiness, solidarity and The equality (2-Co.8.13-15).

It is therefore an interrelationship: He gives the forgiveness of sins and the gift of the Holy Spirit to the members of his holy nation so that they in turn participate worthily collaborating with him in the construction of his Kingdom (1-Co .3.9))
