Separates discrimination and says not to
deal with other sectors of society, whatever the cause, while the sense of
belonging says yes to integration and solidarity. By its very nature, origin
and destination, a community of Christian believers, faithful to the principles
of the Kingdom of God, it is compelled to lie in both the positive and negative
business outlook. Let us be clear:
Paul declares: "Since we have these
promises (if the own people of the Savior and set apart for the practice the
virtues of Him who called us out of darkness into his marvelous light), cleanse
ourselves from all physical and spiritual pollution, improving holiness in the
fear of God (2-Co.7.1).
For this reason, in its negative approach,
he states: "No you will join with unbelievers, for that would come to form
an unequal yoke; no purchase commitments association with them "(2-Co.6.14).
It also states the same apostle: "I write by letter not to associate with
fornicators; not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the
covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then you would have to leave
the world. Rather, I wrote to you not to associate with anyone named a brother
be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard or
thief; with such an one no not to eat. "(1-Co.5.9-13).
The positive approach is that "... the
truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head, even Christ,
from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by every joint help each
other, as the activity of each individual part, grows and builds itself in
love. (Ef.4.15-16).
